Ascent Care evolved out the desire to provide truly Person-centred care to those who need care and support.
After over 14 years working across the Health and Social Care sector in different roles, our proprietor decided to use this verse experience to make positive changes to the way care and support for the most vulnerable people are delivered.
Thus, our objective is to provide compassionate care built around our clients’ choices, goals, comfort, and safety.
